Jaw plate&Cheek plate--The jaw plates & cheek plates are made of high manganese casting which has a long wear life.

Main shaft--The main shaft is made of nickel chromium molybdenum alloy steel to absorb impact energy.

Bearing--Spherical roller bearing to take heavy load and increase service life. The bearing is lubricated by oil bathe. This system provides easy maintenance and operation.

Wheel--Both flywheels are made of iron casting and counterbalanced to limit vibration. A tapered shaft allows easy removal of flywheels.

Hydraulic adjustment--Full hydraulic system for gap settings quickly and easily.

Swing Jaw--Swing jaw is made of casting steel which offers a good solution to vibration.
